Shipping and payment information

It is very important to us that your ordered goods reach you promptly and undamaged. For this reason, we attach great importance to safe packaging and fast delivery. Here we inform you about shipping and payment.

Shipping to Germany

Shipping to Germany is charged with 6,50€.

Orders over 75€ are free of shipping costs.

Shipping takes place Monday-Friday by DHL.


Shipping worldwide

Within the EU: Small packages cost 18€ , for orders above 75€ the exact cost are less.

Worldwide: Shipping costs worldwide are more expensive. The exact price will be in your invoice by mail.

As of 01.01.2023, deliveries to Austria are only possible to business customers due to the packaging directive coming into force. 



Prices apply to most of the countries, shipping costs to overseas territories may vary. In this case, please contact us before placing your order to find out the exact costs.

Please note that for cross-border deliveries, additional taxes and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) may apply in individual cases, as well as costs for the transfer of funds (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees). We are not responsible for these listed costs and they are to be borne by you.

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 2 working days from receipt of payment. 
For deliveries abroad, the delivery time is extended by a few days (depending on the country of destination). 

Shipment tracking
All our parcels can be tracked online via DHL Track&Trace. You will receive the tracking number of your parcel by e-mail. 

Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we attach great importance to flawless products and their careful packaging. If you have nevertheless received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, we apologise for this. Please contact us in writing by e-mail ( 

All items can be returned within the 14-day cancellation period. You will find further information under
Right of Withdrawal. Please use the cancellation form and write down which products you are returning.

We only offer the following payment method in the order process:

Order request: 
Transfer the amount shown on the invoice immediately to our bank account( to compare with prepayment), stating the order number.

Important: Due to the changeover to a new shop system, our quantities in the shop may not correspond to our quantities in the warehouse. - In any case, please check our invoice by e-mail, which we usually send to you one working day after the order confirmation. There you will also find our account details.

The goods will be dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment.
